Jon O'Dea
I'm 27 years old, from Johnston, RI. Chris and I started TIMES EXPIRED way back
in '92 and have seen it through great times as well as some really hard times. I
started playing guitar at 14. My early influences were Iron Maiden, Megadeth and
Metallica; and classic rock like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Stevie Ray Vaughn.
My first hardcore influences were Leeway, Biohazard, Into Another, Sick of it All.
In '98 I left T.E. and joined the US Army. I was assigned to 2/505 PIR, 82d Airborn
Div. at Ft. Bragg. I had opportunity to do a lot of mission training, including
"Operation Joint Guardian" when my unit was deployed to Kosovo in the summer
of '99. I also met my beautiful wife Kelly that year. My enlistment ended in Jan.
2001. Chris Casci and I immediately reformed T.E. with best lineup in our history.
